Paper and loom weaving with Seven Sisters
Saturday 20th June @ 10am
Cost: £5 per person (accompanying adults do not need to book)
A morning workshop aimed at introducing the craft of weaving using mediums that are easily accessible for participants. We will start with paper, introducing the warp and weft and playing with interlacing to create playful and colourful designs. We will then move onto weaving with paper copies of photographs/pictures that participants are encouraged to bring with them. Cardboard looms will also be available for those participants who would like to try weaving with woollen yarns.
